Shipping & Delivery:


Our goal is to make gift delivery easy and provide the best gift shopping experience, so we have made the delivery process easy for you because your comfort is our priority.


Shipping and delivery fees are only 29 riyals and include the following:


  1. Purchase products available on the site from stores (flowers, chocolates, etc. of custom products)
  2. Professional gift wrapping service with beautiful and distinctive packaging - not including the value of the packaging itself -
  3. Delivering gifts to the customer or the person to whom the gift is given
  4. Return of products - except for the excluded ones - as stated in the site's return policy ( return policy ).


Service and delivery are available throughout the Kingdom, except for roses and chocolates, which are only available in selected cities on the rose products page due to the nature of the products. Roses and chocolates will be added to other cities periodically, God willing.


Of course, you can order from anywhere in the world as long as the delivery address is within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Is there express delivery?


Express delivery is currently available in Jeddah only and without any additional fees depending on the time of order, the selected products and the delivery address.


When will the order arrive?


Usually the closest delivery time in Jeddah is the same day if the order is placed before 6 pm, and in Riyadh the closest delivery time is the same day for express delivery products or within 48 hours from the date of the order - except Friday.


For the rest of the Kingdom, shipping is done with available shipping companies such as DHL, Aramex, FastLoad, SMSA and GT Express. The delivery of the order takes between 3 to 5 working days depending on the city, the clarity of the delivery address and the recipient's response. It may take longer if the recipient does not respond to us or the shipping company. Please note that your request from the site means your consent to our use of shipping companies or representatives to deliver your order according to the recipient's city.
