Return Policy

Did you buy a gift from Mahabaa Gifts and want to return it? It's very simple and easy. All you have to do is send a message containing your order number and the products you want to exchange to [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp.


  • Please ensure that the products you wish to return or exchange have not been used, as used or damaged products with original packaging - not gift packaging - will not be accepted as a return.


  • You will be contacted to determine the earliest and most appropriate time to send a delivery representative/shipping company to collect the products from you.


  • After the products arrive at the company's headquarters, we will ensure that they are free of any defects.


  • The same value of the returned products will be returned to your account with us as an electronic balance or via the payment method used during the order, whichever you prefer. You can use the electronic balance at any time you wish.


Important Notes:


1. Products excluded from return: Flowers, chocolates, electronics - such as mobile phones and watches - makeup, perfumes, scarves, pens, books, products for offers and discounts, gift wrapping, greeting cards, and special orders that were manufactured based on the customer’s request or according to specifications he specified, such as engraving and crafting, and any product that is quickly perishable or has a short shelf life, in addition to shipping or delivery fees.


2. You can return the products - except for the above-mentioned exceptions - within 7 days from the date you receive the order.


3. The return service is provided free of charge and without any additional fees to the customer.


4. The electronic balance or refund will be sent via the chosen payment method within 7-14 working days after receiving the products.


5. If the order was sent/shipped either directly to you or to the recipient and was cancelled before the order was delivered, the shipment must be returned to us before the amount due is refunded.


6. If the recipient of the gift is contacted and informed that a gift will arrive from us or that it has been delivered to the recipient, then to avoid embarrassment, we will not be able to cancel or return the order.


7. If the order is not received due to a delay by the sender or recipient, or the recipient or sender does not respond to the shipping company or us for more than 7 days from the date of the order, we have the right not to return the value of the order.
